SA adds Ghana to eVisa platform

South Africa has added Ghana to its eVisa list, meaning that Ghanaians can now apply for visas to South Africa without visiting the High Commission.

It should be noted that the normal requirements such as passport details, a letter of invitation/proof of accommodation and a bank statement will be verified on arrival at point of entry.

Ghanaians are urged to visit the Department of Home Affairs portal to obtain more information.

The High Commission is urging applicants whose passports have been with the Commission for more than three months to collect them at the VFS Global offices.
