The Queen Victoria Hotel’s Dash Restaurant has introduced a new, stand-alone lunch menu.
“Newmark Hotels has created a unique space for our team to be creative and express ourselves through our food. The lunch menu has really allowed us to be innovative, giving our guests something that is classically lunch-orientated but with a twist that is unexpected for the person and their palate,” said Executive Chef, Craig Paterson.
