Addressing journalists during the launch of a campaign website created for him by the Ministry of Information, Communication Technology and Courier Services, Dr Mzembi said government was rallying fully behind his campaign for the UNWTO position.
"All Government facets under their different mandates have learnt the task of the campaign, and I can safely say government is fully behind me in as far as the candidature is concerned. I have a committee from Cabinet currently present whose mandate is to ensure that all the grey areas of my campaign are straightened, hence today we have the launch of this campaign website that was developed by the ICT ministry."
"Mozambique, Equatorial Guinea, Senegal and Namibia have just affirmed their decision to endorse me as their candidate for the post through written endorsements," said Mzembi.
