The luxury Mteto’s Child Villa opened in Khayelitsha, Cape Town, on April 3.
The property comprises five suites, two presidential suites and three luxury standard rooms.
Founded by local entrepreneur Luzuko Mteto, who is also the owner of Khayelitsha restaurant, Spine Road Lifestyle, the villa combines industrial and modern finishes.
“We want to focus on providing exceptional, luxurious and memorable township escapes aiming for a ‘home away from home’ experience,” said Mteto. “The villa emphasises personalised comfort featuring custom-designed furniture and high-end interiors, handmade crockery and pieces of art. We don’t use the word ‘luxury’ loosely. We appreciate that our guests, domestic or international, are discerning visitors who deserve to be spoiled. We are aiming to make their stay at Mteto’s Child Villa memorable and a cultural reset.”
