Description:
High end travel and events management company looking for an Operations Manager based in Cape Town.
The company handles inbound and outbound requests, leisure and MICE business, for the local and world wide trade, so the role would involve being active in all segments.
The role will include general day by day operations, staff management, quality control, business & product development, reporting to senior management and generally assisting to manage and grow a boutique travel and events management company.
The right person will tick all the below boxes:
- Cape Town based
- Able to travel locally and overseas
- Minimum 5 years experience in tour operating
- Experience managing staff
- Comfortable with high levels of responsibility
- Problem solver, creative & go-getter personality
- Love for travel and passionate about great customer service
