Required Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in tour operating, preferably handling group tours.
• Experience in travel reservations.
• Relevant qualification in Travel & Tourism or Hospitality (advantageous).
• Experience working with regional lodges and agents.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Software: Word, Excel.
Description:
We’re looking for a dynamic, driven, and enthusiastic groups consultant for our small office. The Groups Tour Consultant is responsible for communicating with lodges in Southern Africa with rooming lists, booking confirmations, collating invoices for our group series Adventure tours. This role requires strong organisational skills, product knowledge, and the ability to deliver accurate information to the lodges for our group series.
