There is a bar on the property, a small curio shop behind the dining tent as well as dining facilities; however guests can opt for a private table under the stars.

The camp is located in central Mozambique, within the Gorongosa National Park. A short direct flight from OR International Airport (Ortia) has guests in Beira International Airport in less than two hours, where Gorongosa has prearranged air/road transfers waiting to collect guests.

Activities will include walks, game drives, boating excursions, as well as visits to the various projects occurring in and around the park. Guests can visit Chitengo, the park headquarters, or opt for a tour of the EO Wilson Lab, where one gets to understand the scientific work and projects currently being conducted in the park. Visitors are offered the opportunity to taste Gorongosa coffee, grown on the slopes of Mount Gorongosa by local farmers, or visit the Community Education Centre and hear about the Girls’ Club which empowers women in the area.
