Air Tanzania has confirmed the launch of its Dar es Salaam-Seychelles route from May 3, following an earlier postponement.
The route was initially scheduled to launch in April with flights between Julius Nyerere International Airport and Seychelles International Airport on Mahé Island. However, the Seychelles Civil Aviation Authority announced on April 7 that the launch was postponed.
The airline will operate flights between Dar es Salaam and Seychelles on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays:
- Flight TC242 will depart from Julius Nyerere International Airport at 02h30 and arrive on Mahé Island at 06h15.
- Flight TC243 will depart from Mahé Island at 07h15 and arrive in Dar es Salaam at 09h00.
