THE Ambassador Hotel in Bantry Bay has completed itsrefurbishment programme. All bathrooms have been revamped to complete the conversion of the hotel's 68 bedrooms. The hotel has also undergone a complete transformation in its public areas, including a re-designed reception and lobby area. In addition, the hotel now offers its own new restaurant and bar, which has been named Salt and is open daily from 12h00 for lunch and from 19h00 for dinner.
