Desert & Delta is due to reopen its Chobe Savannah Lodge in May following an extensive refurbishment.
Situated on the northern bank of the Chobe River, the lodge hosts 13 chalets – two can be booked as an interleading family chalet. Slightly raised on wooden platforms, the chalets now feature a glass-fronted design and fully refreshed interiors.
The main areas have various lounge and dining areas, a swimming pool, boma area and several viewing decks overlooking the surrounding wetlands, grasslands and the Chobe River beyond.
Activities include boat safaris, fishing, seasonal guided walks and cultural excursions.
Children of all ages are welcome.
