Garden Court Milpark is undergoing a major makeover, with completion expected by December.
All bedrooms, corridors, lift lobbies and the reception area are being renovated. New room types include 76 Standard King and Standard rooms as well as 140 Family rooms, including 12 Superior rooms, 19 Deluxe rooms and four Executive rooms.
The upgrade includes the addition of four new conference facilities for up to 140 people as well as the upgrade of an existing meeting room, increasing the overall conference facilities from two to five rooms.
