ZULULAND Safari Lodge is undergoing a facelift, with new linen, curtains, rugs and furniture being introduced in all 27 chalets. The bathrooms are being remodelled, with new fittings and outdoor showers. The outdoor patio areas will receive new windows, sliding doors and patio furniture. The swimming pool area has been completely revamped and landscaped and a poolside bar has been constructed.
The roofline of the restaurant has been extended to provide an indoor and outdoor dining option. A new waterhole has been added to the front of the restaurant to improve game viewing opportunities. The floors in the interior of the restaurant have been redone and a buffet area has been built in. All pathways have been resurfaced with walkway lanterns. A boma, able to accommodate up to 40 guests, has also been added.
