The Mpumalanga Tourism and Parks Agency hosted the Triland excursion in Dullstroom, Emakhazeni Local Municipality, from June 25-27 – aimed at showcasing the province’s tourism offering to media and tour operators from Mozambique and the Kingdom of Eswatini.
Speaking at the event, Mpumalanga’s Head of Department for Economic Development and Tourism, Immy Serakalala, said: “We used to be borderless. This Triland agreement will make the region one.”
The itinerary included site visits across Mpumalanga to highlight the province’s tourism assets.
