The Capital is set to introduce its first property in Umhlanga, The Capital Pearls, Durban, next month.
The 140-apartment property is near the Umhlanga Pier and Lighthouse (an upmarket mall) and overlooks the coastline. The apartments are a mix of executive suites, and one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, each with a fully equipped kitchen and living area.
Amenities include a large swimming pool, bar, sun deck, Jacuzzi, restaurant, and a children's play area as well as complimentary access to Planet Fitness gym. The Capital Pearls also offers conference and meeting facilities that accommodate up to 200 delegates.
