ORION Hotels and Resorts has purchased the three-star Wartburger Hof Hotel in KwaZulu Natal, and will operate the hotel as the Orion Hotel Wartburg from next month.
Situated in the village of Wartburg in the KwaZulu Natal Midlands, the hotel has 20 luxury en-suite bedrooms, all named after towns in Germany. All rooms have a balcony, terrace or small living room and are equipped with radios, satellite TVs, videos, telephones and hairdryers. There are also executive cottages with several bedrooms, private bathrooms and a living room.
Other facilities include a conference room that seats up to 70 people, a swimming pool, steam bath, health clinic, nine-hole mashie golf course and a children's playground.
