PMR Hospitality Partners has appointed new partner, Graham Wood. He will be based in Cape Town and Durban at PMR’s headquarters and will dedicate his time to the development of the tourism industry in South Africa.
Wood has 21 years of strategic and operational leadership experience in the hospitality and gaming industry through financial, commercial and operational management, as well as strategic leadership roles. He is a board member of South African Tourism and is the Chairperson of the Tourism Grading Council of South Africa.
Darren Morgan has been appointed The Caledon’s new Food and Beverage Manager.
He will be working with The Caledon’s three restaurants – the daVinci Restaurant, the Black Sheep Diner and the Blue Crane Restaurant.
