Poll Results: Deposits on bookings – the jury’s out

Last week we asked readers if suppliers that no longer requested a deposit on bookings post-COVID-19 would have a competitive advantage.

The results were as follows:

  • Yes, guests will want to avoid costs that cannot be quickly refunded in the event of an emergency.
