The Manor reopens after refurb

The Manor at Samara Karoo Reserve has reopened following refurbishment.

The exclusive safari home sleeps up to eight adults across four luxury suites. Fully staffed, it includes a dedicated guide and tracker, personal chef and support team. A private vehicle enables exclusive game drives and custom itineraries.

New seating areas and raised viewing platforms, overlooking a nearby waterhole, offer wildlife watching opportunities. Inside, two living areas and intimate alcoves provide quiet spaces, complemented by the dining room, bar, breakfast room and kitchen. Outdoor areas include a 21 metre swimming pool, new boma and private gym.

Experiences include guided walking safaris, night drives and conservation-focused walks. The Samara Cubs Programme enables children to experience wildlife tracking, conservation activities and Karoo-inspired arts and crafts. Fossil tours are also available for all ages and the Karoo’s night skies provide optimal stargazing opportunities.
