Video of the week: Largest rhino relocation lands in Rwanda

When &Beyond Phinda Private Game Reserve in KwaZulu Natal was established in 1991, there were no rhino on the reserve at all, but 30 years later Phinda now has a thriving White rhino population. To further its conservation efforts, &Beyond organised for 30 White rhino to be moved to Rwanda’s Akagera National Park in November, in partnership with African Parks.

The rhino had to be transported by air over a period of two days, with the help of six veterinarians and over 80 support staff.
