Will the planned developments for Vic Falls detract from its tourism appeal?

There has been much reported on the developments in the pipeline for Zimbabwe’s Special Economic Zone (SEZ), which includes Victoria Falls, with a new mall currently under construction, and investors from the United Arab Emirates recently visiting the resort destination to scout for opportunities. The delegation said that they are committed to developing a state-of-the-art medical facility, a grand prix circuit and a hotel in Victoria Falls.
