Shosholoza Meyl Premier Classe Deluxe trains offer routes between Johannesburg and Cape Town, and not Durban and Port Elizabeth as previously stated.
The Premier Classe Johannesburg, Port Elizabeth to Johannesburg route has been discontinued.
The Cape Town, Durban to Johannesburg route is still in the planning stages.
The Ceres Rail Company in the Western Cape gives travellers the unique experience of travelling on its steam trains from Cape Town to Elgin. The trains depart from The V&A Waterfront and travel to Elgin.
The route does not pass through Ceres Valley as previously reported.
