Hideaways Africa has introduced a new bird hide at Mhara River Camp in Mana Pools National Park in Zimbabwe. The hide is located just over 50 metres away from the main camp area.
Mhara River Camp is recognised for its birdlife with habitats ranging from riverine woodlands and floodplains to escarpments. Species include bee eaters, African pitta and raptors. The hide offers closer views and photographic opportunities.
Positioned near a water source, the structure is also expected to attract other wildlife, including leopards and nocturnal species, creating potential for after-dark photography.
