Bulkraal Picnic Site in the Karoo National Park, in the Great Karoo area of the Western Cape, is closed until further notice.
The closure is due to the water crisis in Beaufort West and also a water pipe that is in need of repair, according to South African National Parks.
Bulkraal Picnic Site is located off Lammerjiesleegte loop in the eastern part of the Karoo National Park, and features a number of braai (barbecue) sites as well as a swimming pool and ablution facilities.
