Kenya Airways and Qatar Airways have announced codeshare flights to 19 destinations following the signing of a new partnership agreement earlier this year.
The first codeshare flights are scheduled for October 26.
Under the agreement, Kenya Airways customers can book codeshare flights between Nairobi and Doha as well as 10 destinations connecting through Hamad International Airport. Qatar Airways passengers gain access to eight destinations in Kenya Airways’ network via three daily flights between Doha and Nairobi.
The two airlines also plan to expand cooperation across airport operations, lounges, sustainability, procurement and future joint initiatives in network development, cargo and aircraft maintenance.
