JAZ Hotel Group is set to open a 346-room, all-inclusive family resort on Zanzibar’s east coast in September.
Located in Michamvi Kae, the five-star JAZ Elite Aurora will feature a range of superior and deluxe rooms along with eight executive suites, two royalty suites and four private villas.
The hotel group claims that it will include Zanzibar’s largest swimming pool among other facilities such as a two-level jetty extending 146 metres into the ocean, a water park, a diving and aqua centre, kids club, padel court and fully equipped gym, sauna and hammam.
Dining options include a main restaurant serving buffet meals, two poolside snack bars, sushi bar, lobby lounge and bar as well as a cocktail bar. The jetty will feature two additional restaurants along with a bar and lounge.
JAZ Hotel Group currently manages a portfolio of 58 hotels and resorts in Egypt and the Middle East, offering over 15 400 rooms.
