Namib Desert Lodge near Sossusvlei, Namibia, part of the Gondwana Collection, will launch powered paragliding on May 1. The new venture is a partnership between Gondwana and Wild Air Safaris.
Erick Jayet from Wild Air Safaris says: “We offer tandem flights with a motorised paraglider and an experienced pilot.” With its varied landscapes, Namibia is probably one of the most attractive countries in the world for powered paragliding, and Namib Desert Lodge is one of the best locations, says Jayet.
