Robin Pope Safaris has opened Kuthengo Camp in Liwonde National Park, Malawi.
The camp is on an open plain along the Shire River and boasts four spacious en-suite safari tents, each with an outdoor shower, bathtub and basin. The tents are air-conditioned and offer guests a private deck in addition to the camp’s main dining area, which overlooks the river. The camp hosts a maximum of ten guests.
Guests can take game drives in Liwonde, walking safaris and boat safaris. African Parks has recently introduced lions into Liwonde, returning the species to the area.
