Four Seasons appoints new GM
Four Seasons Safari Lodge Serengeti has appointed Mary Bowens, former Resort Manager of the Four Seasons Resort Seychelles, as General Manager.
Bowens holds a BA in hotel and catering management from Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology and has over 15 years of experience in the luxury hospitality industry.
She began her career with Four Seasons in 2001 at the former Four Seasons Hotel Dublin. She has worked her way through the brand’s portfolio of hotels and resorts based in Chicago, Seattle, Maui, Toronto, Sydney and Bali.
Her new role will involve overseeing all aspects of lodge operations, guiding the evolution of the guest experience while supporting the brand’s commitment to conservation, community engagement and responsible tourism within the Serengeti ecosystem.
Eswatini Tourism Authority names Product Manager
Eswatini Tourism Authority has welcomed Sikhumbuzo Mondlane as Product Development Manager.
Mondlane has worked as a Travel Consultant for Harvey World Travel and as a Reservations Specialist for Eswatini Air.
He holds a BA in tourism and travel services management from Limkokwing University of Creative Technology as well as a degree in business administration and management, among other qualifications.
