New CEO at Southern Africa 360
Southern Africa 360 Luxury Holidays has appointed Nikki Thaver as CEO with immediate effect. She takes over leadership from Founder Collin Thaver who transitions to Business Development Director.
Her academic background includes 14 years as a tourism lecturer at Cape Peninsula University of Technology. She introduced extended 18-month internships at Southern Africa 360, which have resulted in permanent employment opportunities for graduates.
Nikki has also played a key role in expanding the company’s market share in Australia where it has grown from minimal presence to handling over 3 000 travellers.
Wilderness Seekers expands US representation
Lori Voss has joined the Wilderness Seekers US representation team. Based in Fort Worth, Texas, Lori brings experience from her tourism career in South Africa, including the former Natal Tourism Board. She will support US travel advisers and agents with updates and training on Wilderness Seekers’ Africa portfolio.
