Ashnil Lodges and Camps has opened Surana Mara Camp, the latest addition to its Surana Luxury Collection.
The property features 12 river-front tented suites – each with a private lounge, fireplace, en-suite bathroom and outdoor seating area. The en-suite bathrooms include indoor and outdoor showers as well as a bathtub.
The main area comprises a lounge, bar and dining space along with a swimming pool and firepit.
“With this property being so close to one of the traditional crossing areas, it takes away that need to be in the chaos of all the vehicles chasing for a river crossing,” says Monet Tiran, Director of Bespoke Destination Marketing, a Cape Town-based representation company.
“We are easing the product into the market, making it great for short notice bookings.”
Guests can enjoy five-course dining, guided game drives, sundowners and bush breakfasts.
