TAAG increases frequencies to four destinations

TAAG Angola Airlines has increased the number of services on its main regional routes by introducing additional flight frequencies to Maputo, Cape Town, Johannesburg and Brazzaville.

This decision aims to offer greater flexibility, convenience and connectivity to passengers, responding to the growth in demand for these destinations, facilitating connections and leisure or business travel between Southern Africa and Central Africa.

Flight frequencies from Luanda are listed below:

  • Cape Town: The frequency has increased from nine to 10 weekly flights with twice-weekly flights on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays.
  • Johannesburg: The frequency has increased from seven to nine weekly flights with twice-weekly flights on Thursdays and Saturdays.
  • Maputo: From June 4, TAAG will increase its weekly frequency from four to five with flights on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays.
  • Brazzaville: The frequency has increased from two to three weekly flights on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays. The updated departure time is 22h00.
