Thomas Cook Airlines will launch a new direct service from Gatwick (LGW) to Cape Town (CPT), effective December 15, 2016 until March 20, 2017, on a trial basis.
The service will operate on Sundays, Mondays and Thursdays. On Sundays, flights will depart LGW at 16h40 to arrive in CPT at 06h30 the next morning. The Monday flight will depart LGW at 21h40 and arrive in CPT at 11h30 the following day. The Thursday flight will depart LGW at 19h30 and arrive in CPT at 09h20 the following morning.
The return flight will operate five days a week and will depart Cape Town on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays. On Mondays, flights will depart Cape Town at 09h00 to arrive in Gatwick at 18h40 the same day. On Tuesdays and Fridays flights will depart CPT at 19h20 to arrive in LGW at 05h20 the following day.
