Roads in and around the CBD in Cape Town will be closed, or access will be restricted, from 06h00 till midnight today, February 16, due to the State Of the Nation Address.
The road closures will affect traffic in and around the city bowl, Newlands, and the M3 and N2 city-bound lanes. M3 and N2 will be closed at 17h45 today. The M5 will be the best alternative route.
