A new multi-level elevated deck has opened along the Zambezi, offering seating for up to 60 guests and views of the river and its wildlife corridor. The deck is owned and operated by the Palm River Hotel.
Two signature dining options are available. The Riverside Dining Experience offers traditional Zimbabwean cuisine, such as crocodile and kudu steaks, cooked over open fires and served as part of a three-course dinner with salads, sides and beverages. The evening includes live music by local mbira and drum performers as well as return transfers to Ilala Lodge Hotel.
The afternoon Riverside High Tea includes sparkling welcome drinks under Jackalberry trees overlooking the river.
The venue’s lawn area can also accommodate larger gatherings and private functions.
