Drostdy Hotel and the SA College for Tourism appoint new GM
Tebello Polisane-Casper has been appointed as GM of the Drostdy Hotel and the SA College for Tourism (SACT) in Graaff-Reinet.
The dual leadership role was designed to align the Drostdy Hotel’s hospitality operations with SACT’s tourism education, reinforcing a shared commitment to skills development, operational synergy and the long-term sustainability of the Eastern Cape’s tourism sector.
Polisane-Casper, in her new capacity, will oversee the hotel’s evolution as operational partner to SACT, ensuring students receive a high-standard experience.

Minor Hotels appoints new Hotel Manager for Avani+ Barbarons Seychelles
Minor Hotels has appointed Milan Jajčanin as Hotel Manager at Avani+ Barbarons Seychelles.
Jajčanin has experience across hotel operations and food and beverage leadership. He has also supported performance improvements across multi-department environments with focus on consistency, standards and people-first leadership.
In his new role, Jajčanin will oversee day-to-day operations across the 192-key property, working closely with the leadership team to drive operational discipline, improve guest satisfaction and support an engaged, high-performing culture across all departments.
