This week’s image, captured in the Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park, was posted on Instagram by professional photographer, Olwen Evans.
The majestic male lion is reminiscent of Mufasa from Disney’s The Lion King. One almost expects him to open his mouth and in the voice of James Earl Jones say: “Everything the light touches... is our kingdom.”
