PINNACLE Point Holdings has won the tender to build a R9,2bn resort on an exclusive island in the Seychelles. Construction on the Île Aurore Nouvelle (Dawn of a New Island) begins in February and the project is expected to be completed in four years.
The resort will be linked to Mahé via a palm-lined causeway and all travelling on the island will be via golf carts to preserve the island’s environment. The resort will feature 144 villas, 90 condominiums, a casino, waterfront marina and a five-star hotel.
