The Capital Hotels and Apartments has started construction on The Capital Melrose in Johannesburg scheduled to open in 2019.
“The Capital Melrose will offer a 360-degree lifestyle solution to those working in and visiting Johannesburg, with its proximity to the city’s premium retail, dining and office sector, as well as easy access to the city’s main highway,” says Marc Wachsberger, MD of The Capital Hotels and Apartments.
The hotel has 109 rooms and studio apartments that can be configured into studio, one- or two-bedroom apartments, with or without a lounge, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. The property will also feature four ground floor garden units, which will hold added appeal for long-stay guests.
Other facilities include an à la carte restaurant and bar, a swimming pool, and an on-site gym.
