ANEW boosts guest experience with 78 new ‘SA specialists’

During Tourism Month in September, 78 front office employees at ANEW Hotels & [NS1] Resorts successfully completed the SA Tourist Specialist training course.

The online programme equips employees with skills to enhance customer service by providing informed advice to domestic and international guests about South Africa’s tourism offerings.

Each participant is recognised as an SA Specialist able to share insights on the country’s attractions and experiences.
