The Southern Africa Tourism Services Association (Satsa) has announced that South African Tourism will host 85 trade members from the Nordic region over a seven-day period to showcase the various tourism offerings in the country, and has invited the SA trade to participate.
The event will take place at Spier Wine Estate in the Western Cape on March 11.
Programme for the day is as follows:
- 14h30 to 15h15: Registration and finger food served.
- 15h15 to 15h30: Welcome by SAT.
- 15h30 to 16h30: Speed marketing sessions – trade presents for five minutes each, with a total of 15 trade present.
- 16h30 to 16h45: Tea break.
- 16h45 to 18h15: Speed marketing sessions – trade presents for five minutes each, with a total of 15 trade present.
- 18h15 to 19h00: Break to prepare for showcase.
- 19h00 to 19h10: SAT welcomes additional guests and introduction of showcase.
- 19h10 to 20h00: Nordic trade to showcase their experiences.
- 20h00 to 22h00: Networking dinner.
