New lodge opens on banks of the Chobe

The Chobe River provides stunning views

Serondela Lodge, on the Namibian side of the Chobe River, will open in March, says lodge owner, Simone Micheletti.

The lodge comprises eight rooms – one family room and seven double rooms – all facing the Chobe National Park. The rooms are built on high ground overlooking the river and accommodate a maximum of 18 guests.

Facilities include a dining area, bar, lounge and splash pool and guests can enjoy boat cruises, game drives in the Chobe National Park and nature walks.

Serondela Lodge is part of the Wild Waters Lodges group, a sustainable tourism-oriented company that also has Nkasa Lupala Lodge, Jackalberry Camp and Rupara Restcamp in its stable.
