A NEW restaurant, the Dornier Bodega, has opened near Stellenbosch in the Cape Winelands.
The restaurant is located in one of the oldest buildings in the region. It features an open-air veranda offering views of the Stellenbosch Mountains as well as a Dornier wine cellar.
Dornier Bodega’s menu features free-range meats, homemade pasta and Alsatian style Flammekueche, and is accompanied by a wine tasting menu.
