Zaria Group has officially launched Zaria Court Hotel – an 80-room lifestyle retreat within the newly developed Zaria Court mixed-use sports, entertainment and cultural district in Rwanda’s capital, Kigali.
Zaria Court Hotel offers a rooftop lounge, sports bar, heated pool deck, multipurpose court, meeting facilities and a mix of food and beverage outlets. Guest rooms include private balconies with options ranging from standard doubles and twins to suites.
The hotel, beside the BK Arena and Amahoro Stadium, is part of a property developed in partnership with the Rwanda Development Board, Ministry of Sports, Helios Investment Partners, Aleph Hospitality, QA Venue Solutions and other stakeholders.
The wider Zaria Court development includes a 2 000-person event space, co-working and podcast facilities, public basketball and football pitches, a retail park built from shipping containers and curated dining and leisure outlets.
By 2030, Zaria Group plans to have five Zaria Court sites open or under development in major African cities.
