Olare Orok Airstrip in Kenya’s Maasai Mara has suspended all operations with immediate effect and until further notice.
The suspension is largely attributed to the rains, which have made the runway slippery.
Alternative airstrips are the Nara North and Olkiombo in the Maasai Mara.
Air Kenya has requested that all bookings be amended from Olare Orok to Mara North or Olkiombo Airstrip in the Maasai Mara.
