Refurb planned for Diani resort

Baobab Beach Resort & Spa in Diani, Kenya, has announced the temporary closure of selected sections for a refurbishment project from April 15 to July 31.

The Kenyan resort’s Kole Kole and Maridadi wings, and their respective facilities, will be closed – causing the resort to implement a stop-sell for the superior, deluxe and junior suite categories.

The main Baobab wing will remain fully operational as well as the garden view and sea-facing rooms.

The following guest facilities within the affected wings will not be operational during the enhancement and refurbishment period:

  • Maridadi Pool
  • Kole Kole Pool
  • Jodari Restaurant
  • Maridadi Restaurant
  • Maharaja Restaurant
  • Tangezi Restaurant
  • Jambo Bar
  • Suli Suli Bar
  • Kipepeo Bar

Baobab Beach Resort & Spa has provided a resort map indicating the accommodation areas and facilities affected during the refurbishment period.
