Seabourn’s ‘Cape to Cape’ 120-day World Cruise on the Seabourn Quest, is set to explore five continents and more than 50 destinations, offering multiple legs that showcase South Africa.
Departing from Miami on January 7, 2028, Seabourn Quest will take guests from Cape Horn in South America to the Cape of Good Hope in South Africa.
The ship will visit a number of remote destinations in Antarctica, Easter Island, and the Falkland Islands, and offer complimentary expedition-style experiences as part of the itinerary, led by an expanded 18-person expedition team.
The cruise also offers travellers calls at five South African cities, including Richards Bay, Durban, Gqeberha, Mossel Bay and Cape Town.
The World Cruise offers four legs, which either depart from or arrive in South Africa:
- 82-day ‘South America, South Atlantic & Southern African Nights’ from Miami to Cape Town (January 7 to March 29): Panama, Ecuador, Peru, Chile, Argentina, Antarctica, Falkland Islands, Uruguay and St Helena.
- 38-day ‘Africa's West Coast, Spain & France’ from Cape Town to Dover, UK (January 7 to March 29): Namibia, Angola, São Tomé & Principe, Benin, Ghana, Senegal, Cabo Verde, Canary Islands, Morocco, Spain, Portugal and France.
- 30-day ‘Africa’s West Coast: Cape Town to Cabo Verde’ from Cape Town to Lisbon (March 29 to April 28): Namibia, Angola, São Tomé & Principe, Benin, Ghana, Senegal, Cabo Verde, Canary Islands, Morocco and Spain.
- 25-day South Atlantic Isles & Southern African Gems (March 4 to March 29): Buenos Aires to Cape Town: St Helena, Maputo, Richards Bay, Durban, Gqeberha, Mossel Bay and Cape Town.
