Virgin Atlantic has announced an increase in capacity to South Africa for the upcoming northern winter 2026/27 season.
From October 2026 through April 2027, the airline will increase its current daily operations to 10 flights per week to OR Tambo International and 11 weekly services to Cape Town International.
“This expansion is about meeting that demand with a product that stands apart, while continuing to invest in a market that plays an important role in our global network,” said Marc Harding, Country Manager South Africa at Virgin Atlantic.
