AA Travel Guides has launched a restructured AA Quality Assured Accommodation Awards Programme to keep up with trends in the industry. In line with its gateway product, the AA Quality Assurance Accommodation programme (AAQAA), only AAQAA members will be eligible to participate in the Awards.
The awards process will now include a regional and national level. The first round will feature categories per province, and in the second round provincial winners will become the finalists at national level.
Establishments can either participate through the guest review section on the establishment’s complimentary webpage on www.aatravel.co.za, the AA guest review forms, the Digital Guest Book feature for iPad, and eGuestSurv Reviews at www.divtech.co.za.
