THE American version of Condé Nast Traveler has published its third annual 'Hot List' which reviews some of the world's new hotels and restaurants. In this month's issue, the 2001 Hot List gave mention to the following establishments in South Africa. Hot Hotels: Africa * The Saxon - Johannesburg, Gauteng * The Royal Malewane - Mpumalanga * Kurland - Plettenberg Bay, Eastern Cape Hot Restaurants: Africa * Tokara Restaurant - Stellenbosch, Western Cape (Miguel de Sousa)
