Cresta Hotels has recently launched the E-Res system from Hospitality Technology International.
The new system provides all customers with 24-hour accessibility, without being limited by the working hours of the central reservations office.
The system also provides added convenience for tour operators who have specific contract rates with Cresta Hotels. An individual profile can be created on the system so that any booking made online using the profile will automatically be made at the contract rate.
